Design Development
Linen Home’s designing team is constituted with foreign and local qualified designers to develop designs according to customer’s requirements
Weaving
Linen Home has very strong weaving roots with the high-speed looms comprising of Auto, Sulzer & air jet looms of 75, 110, 134 and 153 inches. The daily production comprises on different qualities like Dobbies, Twills, Drills, Plain, Percale and Sateen’s etc.
Processing
Linen Home offers a complete range of processing facilities such as Bleaching, Dying (Pigment& Reactive dyed on Thermosole & Jigger dying) and Printing (Rotary printing machines prints up to 16 colors and widths from 182cm to 300cm) with highly qualified and experienced staff.
Finishing
We offer Printed&Dyed made ups and fabrics with special Finished Fabrics e.g, Easy Care, Non Iron, Teflon, Fire Retardant, Down Proof, Azo Free, Crease Resistant, Water & Oil Repellent.
Quilting & Wadding
Linen Home offers 18 single needle computerized Quilters and 2 multi-needle continuous Quitters with Wadding.
STITCHING
Linen Home are equipped with a full fledge stitching facility. We are capable of converting 4000 pcs of made ups per day. We can fulfill any requirement that includes Bed sheet sets, Duvet Set and Comforter sets, Bed in Bag, Curtains etc.
